Known for its one-of-a-kind atmosphere, the Loystub’n is an originally designed farmhouse parlour at the Hotel Pulverer in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The Loystub’n restaurant has won numerous awards for its unique culinary delights and it was again nominated as a top restaurant by the Gault Millau guide and given an additional ‘toque’ to signify an increase in quality.
New this year, the Hotel Pulverer has begun using desert salt from the Lut Desert in south-eastern Iran. The trace elements that are found within the desert salt provide the body with the required amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium and other minerals. The Hotel Pulverer uses only the finest desert salt that is white, basic and light-storing, is of proven high quality and has an excellent, pleasing taste.
