Nordic walking courses in Bad Kleinkirchheim
Nordic walking trails around Austrian Hotel Pulverer
The thermal spa hotel Pulverer offers guided Nordic walking tours as part of their sports activity programmes twice a week, where you will be accompanied by trained Vitality Oasis staff. For beginners it’s one hour in the Bad Kleinkirchheim valley; for pros it’s alpine Nordic walking with a two hour tour.
In Bad Kleinkirchheim you will also find three Nordic walking routes between 1,750 and 2,200 metres above sea level from the higher terminus of the Nockberge Brunnach National Park cable car right into the heart of the Nock Mountains National Park. The hilly, lush, green meadows and forests are the ideal environment for fun and adventurous Nordic walking tours. The Hotel Pulverer has a special Nordic walking tip for you and if you are wondering what Nordic walking actually is, you will find an introduction to Nordic walking.
Nordic walking tip along Lake Millstatt
From the lido at Döbriach (where you can park your car) walk along the southern shore of Lake Millstatt. The road is partly flat, partly hilly and mostly leads you along the lake. For a break stop at Laggerhof after 5.5km. Continue through the forest to the new cycle path, with a number of ascents and comfortable descents – your destination is the Hotel Steiner at Seeboden. In total it’s 12,4 km and the difficulty level is medium. On the way back take the boat or follow the same route on foot.
Whether you are a Nordic walking pro or a beginner – you will need a room for your wellness holiday in Carinthia. Send your no-obligation request to the Thermal world Hotel Pulverer here.
