The Hotel Pulverer is the only 5-star hotel in Austria that boasts its own farm, fallow deer enclosure, vegetable garden and even its own fishing water.
Just 3km from the Hotel Pulverer you’ll find cows standing with their calves chewing peacefully on hay. This hay that grows throughout summer in the Nock Mountains is harvested each autumn. Located not far from the cow pasture is the large enclosure that is home to fallow deer that can often be found competing with one another for the attention of the females. Even a few mouflons have made this enclosure their home.
Even private fishing waters belong to the Hotel Pulverer. These stretch along the mountain stream from the Falkert shelter through St Oswald clear through to Bad Kleinkirchheim. In these crystal-clear waters you’ll find rainbow and brook trout that are freshly caught and delivered right to Hotel Pulverer. Enjoy fresh fish from our own waters!
The respectful treatment of animals by humans is paramount in the production of high-quality food.
