Simply delicious: vegetables and herbs from our own garden, cheese from regional farmers, meat from the hotel’s farm and fresh chanterelles from the nearby forests! As is well known, food is an integral part of our well-being. Did you know that the Pulverer is Austria’s only five-star hotel with its own farm, fallow deer enclosure, vegetable garden, happy domestic chickens and fishing waters?

Excellence with traceable origin

Many of the high-quality ingredients used in our kitchen are produced on the hotel’s own farm, where we emphasize a respectful treatment of people, animals and nature. 

The well-being of our guests is the focus of everything we do. In both the services offered as well as in the quality of our products. We are independently recognized by the AMA seal of approval, as well as in renowned restaurant guides such as the Gault Millau, which awarded one toque to our Loystubn à la carte restaurant.

These accolades are celebrated with special gourmet weeks at least once a year, in which we offer selected products from the GENUSS REGION ÖSTERREICH and a seasonal culinary theme.

No energy

Our thermal water is used in many ways. Be it for swimming, as an element in which to relax or, afterwards, as a sustainable energy source for heating the hotel thanks to heat recovery through an innovative heat pump system.

Add to that the solar systems on our roofs, which supply almost all our facilities, rooms and suites with self-sufficient, pleasant and sustainable warmth.

This was the reason why in 2020 we fitted solar panels to the roofs of the carports and the thermal spa, which covers most of our electricity consumption.
