Our cancellation policy: Cancellation is free of charge up to two weeks before arrival. After that, we charge 70% of the total price. If we are able to resell your booked room, you will not incur any costs. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee of €30.00 for the refund of your deposit. Place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt. You are welcome to take out European travel insurance via our website!
