- 13 to 7 days prior to arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
- From 7 days prior to arrival until the day of arrival: 90% of the total price
- No-show or shortening of the booked stay: 100% of the total price
- The decisive factor for meeting the cancellation deadlines is the time at which the written cancellation is received by the hotel
- For the refund of any deposit paid, a handling fee of € 30.00 will be charged
